You can spot them a mile off, their rhetoric is an instant giveaway to those who take an interest in politics. If you don’t then you are fucked and will probably take it to be true unless somebody sets the record straight immediately.

Nothing’s changed, been happening for years but now they have given themselves labels like ERG, IEA, Tufton Street, etc, they are now more identifiable.

Heritage Foundation, Federalist Society, etc. it’s crazy how many of these exists just to parrot the lies of billionaires. As if they struggle to find a voice.

yeah but for the billionaires its the gratification of verification. The paper you own runs a story - then your Think Tank does a "study " on it and produces a "paper" - basically an online post - then your tame wonk is invited onto the BBC and trots out the same lies unchallenged on QT and the Daily Politics then those who want to believe it start to believe it because its being confirmed by reports from everywhere !!

Explains why loads of GBN and similar were on line yesterday saying this launch was a disgrace - they are worried their fox will be shot before it travels 10 yeards and they are unhappy at that
