Neither was Fernandinho when we signed him, it's not stopped him being in my opinion the best holding player around for the last 5 years.

Would be a good signing, can play dual roles, might give us the opportunity to go 3 at the back when required & left back cover as well, not bad in the air for his size, quick reactions and likes a goal, talk of £35M will be wide of the mark, you know what the press are like In this country. They’ll be adding the cost of his contract & all the add ons like CL success, believe we where quoted £40m previously so anything south of £35m will be a good deal for an important area of the team badly in need of attention, hopefully softened by receiving £25-30m for Stones & a quick £5m for Otamendi
