Sunbeds Brown has been sacked!

Seems a strange decision to me, why wait until now? They've been around this position all season, and it was obvious that they'd be around this position before the season started.

I think they're basically hoping for a new manager to come in and have a honeymoon period for the last few games.

That's if there's nothing more to this.

I was embarrassed for the club and the fans on the final day of last season when they escaped relegation by the skin of their teeth. Brown on the pitch singing fucking karaoke like they'd just won the C.L.

Good riddance to the perma-tanned twat.

there is abit on bbc teletext on paper talk sayin that brown has been told not to talk to one of the clubs youth players for legal reasons.
Wonder if he's been doing a 'coppell'..
Exactly what i have been told, fiddling while Hull burn

Got a mate at Hull, the general consensus is that Brown is a self centred wanker. Only a couple of weeks ago he tried to chin Dean Marney who questioned something he said in training which I imagine was the start of the end.

Idiots complete an utter buffoons. Sacking Phil Brown is like Burnley losing Coyle apart from it was all there own doing.

Brown is only part of the problem there. They've got far too many shit players who don't give 2 shits about the club. On the other hand, he bought them all.

That shit they took 4 points of us!!!

Well, that's two relegation places now sorted. With Burnley also failing to gel under their new manager, the bottom three is pretty obvious now. Congratulations to Wolves, Bolton, Wigan and West Ham.

not meaning to sound like an itk but i live in hull. i've heard tom cairney's mum has been demanding stupid wages for her son. couple of other stories, the bullard/barmby fight started at everton when barmby told bullard he should be embarrassed by his performance given his salary. on the monday bullard approached him to sort the issue out. here's where it gets funny, after a bit of handbags at 10 paces, barmby had bullard in a headlock. when bullard struggled free, he picked up a large stick (it's near quite a rural area good for rambling) and threatened to smack barmby with it. barmby laughed and bullard did nothing before rest of squad intervened. this is from someone who has a source at hull city. told us this morning over breakfast and is the kind of bloke who wouldn't take the piss out of his own club unless it was true.

now i don't generally wish this kinda thing on anyone. but him getting fired after losing to us makes it sweet.

can't stand phil brown... but the timing does seem a lil off. unless they're trying to get that "new coach bounce" that gets them a few results & saves them from relegation.

Shame Neil Warnock took the QPR job now. He was saying on MOTD2 last night that he would love to finish his career managing a Premiership team!! :-)

The rate QPR go through managers he'll be sacked way before Hull make a permanent replacement, so he could still be in the running!

Good luck to Brian Horton, hope he does well.
