Cherki. Should have had more assists than the one he got - the 2nd half chance he created for Haaland was brilliant and thought he may not get the plaudits but suspect the assist to Foden should confirm his special mention on MOTD.

Gave their left back nightmares but has got that Silvaesque (both of them) ability to pop up in front of the back four to demand the ball as much as creating the opportunities at the other end and never stopped (apart from when he stopped on the sidelines because they didn't know how to get the ball back).

Looking forward to watching him see a game out in the corner flag, as think there will be some annoyed defenders

Cherki Will get all the plaudits but Gonzalez was rodri esq today.
Also Diaz and josco were superb.
Dias scored a stunner, but almost let Sunderland back into it, and this Sunderland team have generally been launchin' comebacks if given the chance ..... Gvardiol scored a really good header, but got himself booked, and put us in trouble once or twice with wayward passes ...... I don't think Gonzales or Cherki did much wrong though.

Cherki will be the obvious choice and I've no issue with him winning it but for me Bernardo Silva was the standout on the pitch today. Epitomised the effort and commitment required from all if we want to win games and titles. A perfect captains performance.

Haaland was never gonna score today .....he'd normally have lashed that chance at the North Stand end high into the net instead of half hitting it, and giving the Sunderland player the chance to clear it off the line ..... in the first half both Cherki and I think Nunes put good low balls across the six yard box, usually Haaland territory, but he was nowhere to be seen on either opportunity.

Bernardo actually played quite well ... he still gives his all for the club, as he said he would do, even though he's definitely leaving .

Come on mate we've won 3-0 if no players ever made mistakes we would be champions every season with 114 points.
