For me he's got to go. Not because of losing narrowly to shite teams or only just beating the shite teams, but because of our lack of cutting edge. It's virtually the same players from last season out on the pitch and we were a joy to watch last year. This year it's like pulling teeth. I think Mancini has lost the desire and hunger after last seasons dramatic title win and looking around at all the backroom staff coming in makes me think he knows his cards are marked. We used all our luck up last season IMO and over the road seem more hungrier to snatch the trophy back in May. 8 points was nothing last year cos of the way we were playing, this year 7 points looks like a mountain to climb.
Instead of sacking him, why don't we let him sign an attacking/creative mid like we are sorely lacking?

A thousand attacking mids are not going to be able to dribble through a picket fence. Unfortunately, Bobby simply won't accept this...

Exactly - we don't move the ball from back-to-front quickly enough, giving the opposition time to flood into their own box and defend, whilst we play it along the line looking for an opening that simply isn't there. For example, can someone tell me the last time we created a one-on-one?

There are that many opposition players between the ball & the goal that we are not creating as many chances as our possession domination should.

It certainly has a bit of a whiff about it. The thing is this result doesn't hurt as much as they won fair and square. We all have to knuckle down.

I could understand the optimism if we were playing well but we are fucking dire to watch this season, we dodged a bullet at home to bottom club Reading and we are abysmal to watch today.

Cloud cuckoo land if people think we will win the league this season, we are a one trick pony that teams have sussed out this season, defend just outside the penalty box and we seem clueless in breaking it down.

What the fuck does Garcia do?
Why isn't Sinclair being given decent minutes on the pitch to prove himself?

If putting Lescott up front is an answer then I'm sorry but we should be fucking worried- and so should Mancini if he thinks that's acceptable football.

They are shitting themselves still and know that they may not win another title ever again.

With Inter desperate to get rid of Sneijder, I'd take him on. Instant competition for Nasri, and even if he isn't an out and out winger, that's irrelevant while Mancini's in charge.

Yep and with the speculation he's off to spurs he won't be that expensive because we all know Levy buys cheap

Inter just want him off the books. It's a doable deal if he's talking about going to Spurs. For my money, if fit, he would play every week at City he's that good. Plus he's a dead ball specialist which is always a bonus. Bottom line is we need competition for Nasri. Sinclair isn't it, and Balo isn't it. We can say our strikers aren't scoring, but we need the wide players to be getting their fair share too.

I'd have him in a heart beat younger and in my opinion better than de Rossi we were after last year also he'd be more direct payer and like you say dead ball specialist what we lack

Problem is we haven't had Clichy Kolorav maicon and Mica fit long enough this season when your width is your fullbacks :( frustrating predictable game missed chances goalie had a stormer referee who should of blown for a foul on zabl before there goal and hart should of saved it.. Bad day at the office

Isn't that why a manager buys wingers for his squad as well?

Yes but we know Mancini doesn't believe in wingers so its pointless if we got Hazzard he would of played left of the three not as a Winger

Exactly my point. You're the only one here who has referenced Hazard.
