Garcia is fucking useless in a midfield two.Sunderland would think Christmas was 7 weeks early.
It's a coin flip between him and Milner for me.

I ain't a Garcia fan (though he's not fucking useless, and more than capable of matching up with whichever useless fucker plays in there for Sunderland), but options are thin. Wouldn't want Navas to play with two strikers as well, prefer to have Milner in one of the wide areas. Only other option is Rodwell, and as much as I rate him, I don't think he's got the discipline to play with Yaya in midfield.

Hart, Kompany, SIlva, Jovetic and maybe Fernandinho and Nastasic. That's some very big misses, particularly Silva who makes us play

But we should still beat them. Milner can come in for Fernandinho, and potentially Lescott for Nasty. Lescott on the left is OK.

It will be counter-attack v defence, and we should win, but you can'ttake it for granted. Sunderland have improved under Poyet with 2 successive home wins and they lost 1-0 with 9 men to an og at Hull.

There are easy games, but you never know where they will be, and sometimes the weaker teams turn out to be the toughest because you go there at the wrong time eg Cardiff away.

Couldn't have put it better.

We SHOULD win, but if we don't give it 100% effort and focus, it has banana skin written all over it.

That just sums up every game played for every team, and is getting a bit clichéd.

So you are saying every team should win every game then???

What an idiotic comment.

If we don't overcome this bloody Sunderland away hoodo I think I'm seriously consider calling Mulder and Scully.

The Sunderland story has not been like the Everton jinx where they have outplayed us at their place.

We have outplayed Sunderland in all three losses. Flukes don't last forever. The way we play now teams can't get away with a packed defense and hoping for a goal on the break. If we score early it could be 4 or more. If not, I still see winning by 2 clear.

Even with our injuries?

Read what I said. What you said about giving 100% and not getting anything if you don't.
I never said anything about every team should win every game. So don't put words into my mouth and
then accuse me of being idiotic.

Really hope Fernandinho is fit but if he isn't I would like to see Milner given a chance in the middle.

We'll need to win. Three points takes us into third place with 22 points (unless Spurs win). This is the perfect time to really kick start our campaign and stay at the top.

He may be in the squad in the same way Razak and Suarez were last season, getting accustomed to first-team football even if not playing.
