It all comes down to desire and ruthlessness. Let the tempo drop and waste our chances and we'll have another disgusting 1-0 loss after 15 shots from us. Dominate and take the game by the scruff of the neck while converting our chances, and we'll end this stupid hoodoo. We beat United 4-1 without Silva by pressing them and outmuscling them.
Fernandinho being fit could be the key for that. Without cattermole there midfield seems abit weak, so we should dominate in that department.

I'm sure Ferd and Yaya would be shitting themselves if Wackamole was playing.....

This is not arrogant but it doesn't matter who Sunderland field it's all about us.

Or a stupid mistake, or the linesman (assistant referee)

...and therefore all the more important taht we set ahigh line and press, when not in possession so as NOT to give really average teams the breathing space to start lookning better then they are , and nicking corners, etc... (viz Hull & CSKA games , for example)

Simply have to win looking at today's results. Opportunity to jump ahead of Chelsea, and either further gap ahead of United or close in on Arsenal.

Imperative we win tomorrow. No excuses. Make sure we're up for the battle. Stronger in every tackle and then let the football do the talking

Sunderland have 4 points from 10 games in the PL this season, with one win and one draw,a. goal difference of -15 . If we can't win there tomorrow not only will we not win the title,we won't finish top 5. No excuses, must win game! C'mon lads time to kick ass !!!

This has to be a must win today. Hope pellers instils into the team that we have to up the tempo from the off.
Milner in if Fernandihno is out. I predict that Navas will have a great game . 1-3 to City.
