This has to be a must win today. Hope pellers instils into the team that we have to up the tempo from the off.
Milner in if Fernandihno is out. I predict that Navas will have a great game . 1-3 to City.

Thought you might like a taster - Navas to "the Beast" - Goal

Silva's injury gives Navas an opportunity to stake a claim for a regular place, and I think Pellegrini will start him. He's had an indifferent start so far; he's not been bad but he's underwhelmed given the expectations when he signed. He seems bereft of confidence, always looking to cut inside rather than use his pace to take the full back on. I have a feeling that he will play an important part tomorrow.

The fullback tends to occupy his space, particularly Zabaleta. Not sure if it's an instruction from the manger .

Yes this tactic winds me up :( Zaba can't cross for shit yet always seems to be the 1 putting ball in box. Can't think of many (if any) LB's in the Prem that'd keep up with Navas so why doesn't he run at them???????

That's not Navas. It's Pedro>Ramos>The Beast.

It does seem odd, and whilst Pellegrini obviously likes his fullbacks to push on it does tend to nullify Navas' effectiveness.

Very interesting line-up especially the back five.

Can't see that line-up happening to be honest. May have to settle for Lescott if Nasty is out and Micah also injured but Milner in front of the back four won't. We shouldn't take this game lightly. Same expectations from this game for the past 3 years, totally dominate the cnuts and yet that 90th minute break-away goal is always on the cards.

Richards ain't injured. Pellegrini said only Kompany, Wright, Jovetic, and Silva out for this one.
