Surplus players....

im not saying its a good reason to keep a player, but as we have just igned yaya mainly because his brother plays here, and then we go sell kolo, i think the shit would hitthe fan.
he will be a man city playe this season. mark my words.

I agree with you that he'll keep him.

But my list is of the players I would let go, not the ones I think will leave.

Jo only has a couple of years left on his current deal. Loan him out again and we will end up getting nothing for him.

He does seem to be getting his act together but I think its too late.

I would probably rather have him than RSC as cover if it came to it though. At least hes likely to be fit most of the time.

Presuming we sign another 3 players - which seems to be Mancinis preference we will have to get rid of at least 10 over 21 players either permanently or on loan. The only other option is they dont get a squad number so wont get any pro footbal until Jan 2011 at the earliest (Not an option IMO considering the wages we pay and the quality of players we are talking about)

All of the players we are looking to sign will count towards the 25, Super Mario is under 21 but not home grown - so counts towards the 25.

If Garrido goes thats 9 to go...

I wouldn't sell Jo. I'd loan him out somewhere as, after recent showings, I reckon there's a chance of him coming good.

I would bet my house on him never becoming good. If had no right leg at all, he couldn't be more left footed. Make Adam Johnson look positively two footed.

i understand that, im borderline as if i woul let him go because is one season enough really to judge him. If it were stephen ireland would have been classed as a world beater last season haha.
No but seriously who knows how he will play next season with a few better players in that midfield infront of him.
our midfield was so terribl last season that the defensive mut have been shitting themselves!
