Sven Back...would you?

Sven has player pull and would be able to attract big name players in the summer having won titles almost everywhere hes been. I'm not confident Hughes will be able to do this and players will not be impressed by his greatest achievements to date. (Finishing 6th with Blackburn isn't exactly inspiring to a foreign superstar)

Looks like he's gonna get booted from mexico so would be available and for no comp (not that its an issue), but would you have him back till the end of the season and see how he does. Sven with big money would be better than Hughes. Players love him, press do to and he loved the club...only one that didn't like him was Frank. Get him back in and see what happens, if it doesnt improve then move for a long term
replacement. Thoughts?

Never wanted Sven to go, still wish he was with us, still heart broken..................and totally confused by what is going on now. Am not in the anti MH camp but can't see him lasting if it carries as it is........... but HEY! am a City fan and patience is a virtue................

no chance. he is not willing to walk away from the mexico job in case he loses out on his severence pay. sven is a mercenery, travelling the world trying to pick up as much compo as he can.

Let us pay him. Seriously, I'd be excited. It's probably not going to happen but never say never, IMO Hughes has absolutely no future in this club anyway, get Sven in now and see how he does. Get anyone in now and see how he does, the team isn't working. The problem with away games has been here all season, Hughes has said it all the time - he knows what needs to be addressed et cetera, and it's still looking the same. Plus there was the utter humiliation of Forest.

And even though I was happy with the win last week I realize we might well have lost if it wasn't for Given. He was a good call by Hughes perhaps, but it just addresses a small part of the problem and might well have added fuel to another part...you think Hart and Micah only had happy things to say about the team and their situation talking to eachother yesterday? These are of course professionals and should act like ones, but something with the overall handling of the situation just hasn't been right and there's no going back now I'm afraid, we need new management.

I've always wanted Sven back. Rightful manager, but I'll always support Hughes as long as he has the job and we are going forward. An away loss doesnt change that.

An away loss? Plus did you see the match? Or the one against Stoke? We've been crap away all season, but the real worry is that we're really getting worse!

Sven? No

Results to forget (or remember)
6-0 away to Chelsea
8-1 away to Boro

Signings?
Bianchi - flop
Corluka - never rated him
Caceido - flop
Castillo - flop
Fernandes - flop
Garrido - average
Elano - struggled under both Sven and now Hughes
Giovanni - never played him!
Petrov - hit
Bojinov - verdict out

Performances
1st half season, fantastic. Let's not forget after xmas last season we couldn't win a thing and were awful.

Sven out, Sven out!!
