Not sure how fit Walker is but if he's injured then I'd switch with Cancelo
 
I can’t see pep going weak for this one. Swansea are decent and last round it almost cost us.

Steffan, Garcia, Laporte, Mendy, Fern, Torres, Jesus all in.

Cancelo, Bernando, Mahrez and Foden stay in.
 
IF they put their full strength team out I can see this bring tricky if we make lots of changes. It’s a big if though. I can’t see them risking all their main players at all. They’d be mad to do so with them chasing promotion to the prem.
 
The biggest danger is the fact we're coming off a big win against the champions and are going into a big game on Saturday against Spurs. Swansea are no mugs, they’re in a promotion place in the championship and will give us a good game. What’s in our favour apart from having better players is that we have a manager that won’t allow the team to be complacent.

Only free spaces are between Villa and Spurs cup final and Brighton/Everton, and we need to fit Saints in so we could end up with 4 games per week which will eventually cripple us no matter how well we prepare. We need to give ourselves a break.

Galls me to think that the powers that be shove pointless internationals in the mix...just to ensure some gets an injury. For what? So people can wave nationalist flags in their sitting rooms? FFS
 
Funny to see so many people putting Garcia in the their team selection while at the same time claiming he should never play for the club again.

Imo...
1. Opportunity to pair Stones and Laporte
2. Rest Gundogan and Foden as they are especially key for Spurs
3. Play Sterling to see if he can build up more form. That's worth the risk of injury imo.

After 60 mins if all is well replace Stones with Garcia (Garlic according to spellchecker) and Bernardo with Doyle.
