Rest Kev/Dinho - the rest I'm not fussed about. Be nice to see Kompany get some minutes & perhaps a start for Sane.

Really a happy guessing on here! :)

We don' t know if Pep likes to see the backup keeper in cup games or not. (Last season in Munich the backup only did play 1st round.)
We don' t know if Silva, Fernando, Delph and Kompany are available at all.
We don' t know if Yaya will ever play again for City.
We don' t know if Gundogan will get the white flag from the doc.
At least Swansea doesn't know as well.

We do know Sergio and Nolito are banned.
We do know there will be rotation but not to what extent.
We do know Pep wants to win every single match. His game is based on dominance and intensity. Always.

Errm, why Gunn? Is Caballero injured or just wishful thinking?

No chance Yaya plays IMO He hasn't even made the bench lately, and now he'll start away in the cup, I don't think so.

Its sad to say after all he's done for the club but currently we have no benefit of playing Yaya at all. He contract is up and he will leave the club on a free. Pep is definitely not happy with Yaya, he gave him a chance earlier in the season and wasn't impressed, hence he hasn't even made bench.

If Delph or Fernando are fit they should play and A. Garcia should be in line for a start.

Sorry Yaya but this is the path you choose. Could of left to many other teams (for lower wages of course) or to China for a lot of money but he choose to be greedy and stay at City to collect his final paycheck probably knowing he will not play much.

In midfield he has about 6 players ahead of him, he may not ever play for City again. He's lazy defensively and is unwilling to change his ways, Pep won't accept this, by playing him it harms the team overall instead of helping them.

Agree to most of it.
But thinking about the 2nd leg vs Bucharest you have to give him some credit. He was giving everything he had, even playing as a forward. You could see he was really fighting to keep up with the intensity, but it simply hasn't been enough.

Got a feeling Gunn may play. Especially if Pep believes he has a future here, which is how it seems. Could be a good chance to see exactly where he's at and how much more he has to do.

Think Delph will slot in for Fernandinho and Garcia for Ilkay.

Perfect opportunity to get Kompany back in as well, think it will be alongside Stones after he only played around half an hour yesterday.

Full backs is interesting. Having done well on his debut I'd love to see Maffeo given a chance to build on that, but not sure he'll leave Zaba out.

Front three of Sane, Navas and Kelechi picks itself for me.

Subs: Willy, Zaba/Maffeo, Tosin, Angelino, Gundogan, KDB, Sterling

Willy
Zaba
Toisin
Kompany
Clichy
Fernando
Garcia
Gundogan
Sane
Kelechi
Navas

Hopefully they'll play a strong team with us playing them at the weekend but doubt they will, so it should be fairly comfortable this with our squad being much stronger and more motivated than theirs should be about 3-1 I reckon
