It is up to the referee to decide if a team is purposefully wasting time and to officiate games. I'm sure Swansea will be in a bit of bother about it, but throwing them out of the competition is utterly absurd.

He's not even really a kid... isn't he 15 or 16? I've never heard someone that age being a ballboy. And i'm not sure if this is true or not, but some people on twitter are saying it's David Morgan's son... one of the owners sons.

It's obvious that teams inform the ball boys to slow down if winning etc, but getting the ball, then lying down on top of it is taking the piss. Hazard kicks the ball, not the guy, the. When chunky lamb basher realises he has made himself look like a right turnip, he starts to cry like a little soft fuckwit. Swansea should be fined for his actions, the red card should be over turned.

Sir Rudolph has said that the ballboy has previous. "Did exactly the same against us, so I had to demand an extra 9 minutes. Mind you, if we are due to play Chelsea then Hazard should be banned until I have checked the fixtures"
