Ok, now I am absolutely convinced that Lampard starting these last few weeks is pure marketing.

No one can alter my opinion as it is the only thing that's makes even remote sense... He has been a traffic cone.

No it's called not changing a winning team.

If anything they should have decided to take that marketing decision early,may be we would still be in contention

MCFC: Hart, Zabaleta, Demichelis, Mangala, Kolarov, Fernandinho, Yaya Toure, Milner, Lampard, Silva, Aguero.

Only one change.

Yaya for Nando.

I am baffled as to why Pellegrini after being a jerk all season has suddenly, when the league has gone, showed a fair amount of common sense.

A word from above i suspect

Game of perceptions, of course, but I'd say this is a case of socialised misattribution (due to analytical simplification).

It's ok, though, it happens to us all lads.

Correct.

Only one change in four matches must be some sort of record for City since Mancini became manager.

Milner <-> Navas
Yaya <-> Fernando

It seems likely given Manuel's previous intransigence. But it does sort of undermine him.

Wholly agree with no changes to the back but how anyone can attribute our current run of form to Lampard starting is beyond me.

Post Hoc Ergo Proptor Hoc seems to be the motto of the forum these days.
