I'll be moving down to Swindon next week, I was just wondering if anyone lives there or knows of good places in the town centre to watch the games?

Mate I lived there for 4 years get ready for the 6 hour round trip for home games. At the time I was there we were in the same division as them and lost to them on our way to be relegated again :-)

I work in Swindon, with another blue. But live about 40 minutes away.

Its difficult getting some places to show games, especially if there are other games on, but usually I can badger someone into showing it.

If you're stuck for a place for Thursday, give me a PM. I'll be watching straight from work in the Shit end of town...! That actually implies there is a good end, let me re-phrase. In the even shitter part of town!!

No way! I am self employed and often work away from home. Sorry to tell you that there are 2 places where I wont accept contracts - Barrow in Furness and.......................... Swindon. Soz!

Cheltenham have a great supporters club I remember we stopped there on the way to Swindon away a good few years ago. Not sure if it is an official s.c. I'd travel to there and then travel with them. They go home and away

I had the pleasure (sic) of living there for a few months a while back. Absolutely swarming with rags and when they play everyone seems to be a rag sympathiser
