Just the once!So how many times for you GDM. Lol
Carlos Tevez was very nice and friendly with me on the way back from a London match one weekend and the team happened to be on the same train. I was in 1st class and Tevez’s mates/ minders were sitting across the aisle from me. He came down from the team coach to join them and sat opposite me on my table. He smiled at me and asked if he could borrow my newspaper. His English wasn’t very good but we had a bit of a conversation before one of the other players came and took him back. He seemed shy although it could have been his lack of English holding him back. He seemed nice and his friends/minders were friendly as well. :-)That surprises me about Tevez as he has a reputation as a mercenary. Good to hear he was good with you. It was a shame that he did not stay longer as him and Kun were amazing together.
Great story and I love the fact that you were in first class - one classy lady!Carlos Tevez was very nice and friendly with me on the way back from a London match one weekend and the team happened to be on the same train. *lol*. Oh it was my treat to myself after London matches. It meant I got a seat on my way home and didn’t have to be trying to rush down the platform with everyone. I love our fans but I also liked to sit comfortably.Great story and I love the fact that you were in first class - one classy lady!
Met him in the lift in the Hilton in the days the players used to stay there pre-game. Pleasant enough company for 23 floors Pellegrini same place once also before a Derby, bit chattyer than Carlos “I hope we win”….Carlos Tevez was very nice and friendly with me on the way back from a London match one weekend and the team happened to be on the same train.
