Yes, he's not quite the player he was 3/4 years ago but it will come. Class doesn't evaporate..but confidence can. He'll get it back and you'll all be bending over backwards to praise him.
I thnk too much is being put on his shoulders. Others should be making runs, creating space for him, doing little one twos with him. Instead his given the ball and then some players just stop and ball watch...

Sean tried today and in the second-half he sometimes tried too hard. He took (and lost) the ball into a wall of three Stoke defenders when the simple pass back to Richards was the only thing that was on. Stoke bottled us up on the right and forced us to play everything wide left. It would have been a brave decision by MH, but taking SWP off at half-time might have defused their crowd and the game and given us more composure. Hindsight and bravery though...

I thought City fans were supposed to be the best in the world but it doesnt seem so.I expected this thread to be one of support to SWP not this shit slagging him off,i cant say any more as im so disgusted.
