While Capellos record for England is quite impressive he's clearly made some major errors of judgement leading up to this tournament. Out of form players like Carragher, SWP and Heskey should've been left at home while players IN form like AJ, Dawson, Young and Bent have worked hard all season and deserve the chance to play in the WC. Its just not right.
 
I don't understand how he could have even consider Carragher. He was lucky not to get sent off

What's wrong with Cahill at Bolton or Richards, Onouha, Jagielka. All miles better than Carragher who has lost it. Watching Carragher, you know why Liverpool struggled last season

Capello has made some big mistakes in the players selected for the squad, and in playing players like SWP out of position. But I think they will go at least as far as the Q/F because the draw is very favourable
 
Was dispossessed numerous times. Better on the other side of the pitch 'ol SWP IMO. Yep Heskey was Heskey crap as usual. Even Shrek was lost. A bad performance from all. Lampard and Lennon weren't that bad, then again, they weren't brilliant. Oh well. If we play like that against BRA or ARG and even Spain. we've no chance!

Was at time m8 but shone a bit in the 2nd 1/2. Not biased or nowt, but Barry would have opened the midfield up a bit more. Midfield 2nite was all over the place.

Agreed fella, needed Barry in the middle tonight. Hopefully he will be fit to play come Friday and have Gerrard on left with Barry and Lampard central. Does anyone know why Joe Cole didn't get a game instead of Crouch??
