If he can get shingles cleared up in less than a week he should start looking at a cure for cancer, it's a bloody miracle. Been doing it for years withdrawing his players for internationals and then they miraculously recover and nobody bats an eyelid. And those that do play tended to be subbed. What I can't understand is that he was given touchline bans for the last two offences (he had to watch the fa cup semi-final against us from the stands) yet even before the sanction for this was announced the muen was reporting it would be a fine only.

What is it about this offence that makes it less serious than the previous two offences for which he received touchline bans?

It's considered less serious because it would have meant the FA would have had to give him a meaningful punishment otherwise.
