Um, we've won more trophies then Atletico has in the last three seasons...
they have won a title same year as pellers, been runners up and could possibly win the champs league in the same time period and crutially as I stated have been competative in the ir league going to the end with a possibilty of winning it,we the last 2 season have looked out of the race after christmas so not competative

We will not win the premier every year. We have won a trophy. Hopefully get 4th. Expanded the first part of the ground. I have seen us play juventus, real, psg. Been to Wembley. It's not been all that bad. (And I think this is a lull period)

I'm grateful for everything mansour has done for us. I've criticised us this season and rightly so, but we are about to enter the finest era of our history, more than likely. Thank you sheik mansour.
We've a right to criticise and we've barely uttered a word of it since the takeover. The bloke isn't God, he's just wedged and luckily he chose us. If he fucks off tomorrow (obviously he won't as they themselves get plenty out of owning us and they've got a longterm plan) we'll still be here no matter what as it's our club and always will be. We as fans have been very grateful and it's nonsense to try to suggest otherwise just because as fans we've started to find our voice about a few things this season.

I think there'd be more credibility in the idea of the fans "finding their voice" if it wasn't so closely linked to a season of relative underachievement on the pitch. There's plenty of things the club do get wrong or can improve but it seems this season whilst some of us thought a walk out to specifically protest at ticket pricing was worthy most seemingly saved their walk out to protest about Pellegrini. That probably isn't a "voice" that will travel particularly far in terms of its impact on the owners/directors.
As a football supporter you've got to be able to have a say in how your club is run. If we don't tell the club what we think is right and what's wrong how can we expect them to make the right decisions?
Lose that right to a say, and that's when you become the sort of club outsiders always said we would become.

It's fantastic to be supporting MCFC at this moment. About to step into an era where we can hope and dream for the best, with a realistic chance of getting there without reality of waking up on a Sunday morning to remember that Stoke beat us 1-0 the day before. The Premiership is a lot lot more competitive than German or Spanish football where a few clubs are so massively dominant. It was easy to build them. It will be much harder to build City. But much of the hard work is done. It would be good to rely a lot on what we already have rather than taking it all apart in the Summer.I'm grateful for everything mansour has done for us. I don't think anyone is taking Sheikh Mansour for granted, but a lot of people are pissed off that many of his employees (who are not exactly on minimum wage!) have let him down, and that some appear to be taking the piss.

I am not so sure Billy. Judging by some of our pre match entertainment around the stadium and such I think our owner and his staff,of whom most are fairly new to football,probably thought we were an all singing and dancing happy clappy mob. If he was watching that at home he has now realised we are not and probably never will be,well at least until us old grizzly ''Swales out!'' crowd have pegged out lol!

You are not taking into account that they wanted us to stay after the Arsenal game not just the say farewell to Pelli but also to watch the players doing their walk round the pitch. I think our owners are savvy enough to realise our walk out was not just about our dislike of Pelli.

I suspect that for the people who walked out it was the culmination of many things. The problem is that for the board and the owners they will view it primarily through the prism of the supporters being unsatisfied with the players + team management - which is already being changed this summer.
