It is absolutely certain that no less than seventeen teams will finish below Liverpool. Probably it will be 18 and maybe even 19 (god forbid).

Ignoring us and chelsea, how many of the 17 teams that will definitely finish below Liverpool will have lower overall wage bills than them?

My guess would be, certainly 14, probably 15 and maybe 16. Only the scum will have significantly higher wages, but I'm not so sure about Spuds and Arse.
