Still the best show on it for me, Jacobs can be a miserable twat at times but in general they are fair and well balanced, I think Paul Hawksby is very good and never comes across as bitter even about Arsenal. The only other show I listen to is the Sportbar and that is to listen to the mockney tosser Goldstein lose the plot when the rags have lost.

I had a listen last night, was quite amusing at times and a couple of very good Blues had him on toast, although he was clearly on the wind up from the get go, stating Arsenal's achievement was better as they had qualified and would top the group. No sane person would equate beating Ludo Razgd and Barca, let alone say beating LR was a bigger achievement like the Mockney fool did.

We only listen to it on the way to and from matches, though we had 5Live on until 10:30. It's so much better than talkshite. No WUMmery™, just decent analysis of the games

If you want to hear some decent level headed football discussion then listen to the guardian football weekly podcast, citywatch podcast, bluemoon podcast and the Spanish football podcast
As the younger generation of football/sport fans come through who embrace podcasts, the likes of TalkShite will be long gone out of business.

It's happening for sure .... We, for circumstances beyond our control, wasn't in our usual CB Level 1 seats, and was in SS, 214 .... what would usually be away fans .... There were more different languages than a UN council meeting. I recognised Japanese, French, Chinese. Polish, Spanish (natch), and a few others I didn't.
Most spent more time taking selfies, and pics of the game etc than watching the game ...
But it goes with the territory I suppose.
Just said John Stones is the special guest with the boiled bollock tomorrow.
