I'm not normally one for demanding an apology, but I think it would be right in this case. If everyone there thought the comments were unacceptable, why not say so on air.

Well I work with mainly rags and a few dippers so you can imagine how much fun I’m having spending a full shift having full on arguments constantly!!

Oh absolutely. Wouldn't expect anything different. But I live in the south, and while anecdote isn't evidence, the primary response around me has been sneering at the likes of them whining because the biters have been bit.

Listen to the whole 30 mins the bitterness comes through plus shows how one sided it is with no actual knowledge of what really went on regarding ffp!

They should be informing there listeners that was all pre uefa punishment and uefa want to help clubs not ruin them, so they heavily fined City with champs squad reduction.

Also they could informed there listeners that ffp 2 was updated in 2015 where uefa aloud new owners to have a model to spend big and eventually break even.

They could also of informed there listeners Milan invested big broke ffp rules got kicked out and they challenged ffp and got reinstated in the Europa league after contending ffp in the courts.

The way all three of them were talking you wouldn’t think we were the 4th/5th best supported club in the country in the years leading up to the takeover.

If enough do it maybe we will get some response.

Good morning.

Having listened to John Dillon on your morning show, I’d have to say it was disgusting and tasteless.

I understand the narrative is to illicit calls, tweets etc. But his stuff on Manchester City was frankly abysmal leading to disgusting.

I get that City and FFP are a talking point, but to have a such an obviously ill informed, frankly slanderous and one sided rant on is for me a highly dubious practice.
But, as he kept saying allegedly he’s covered his back.

It might have been helpful or even beneficial to the discussion if someone pointed out that we’ve actually been charged and punished for the allegations in Der Spiegel.

But I digress, my main concern was the unopposed and frankly disgusting attack on David Silva.

The accusations that David Silva or City would use the near death premature birth of Mateo as a means of trying to influence the media or distract attention from the abysmally written hatchet job in Der Spiegel is frankly disgusting.

Having had very close friends who have spent weeks in ICU wondering if their child will survive, it’s an issue I feel strongly about. For John Dillon to use such a thing to carry on some weird personal crusade against Manchester City was out of order and I’m frankly appalled that Talk Sport would give air time to such a troll as John Dillon.

I know City fans have brought this to the attention of the club.

I’m assuming an apology & subsequent removal of John Dillion from future broadcasts will be a minimum.
