I don't have a problem over women commentating, just that they have the ability to remain unbiased and talk commonsense. We have enough total dross with the majority of male pundits.

Just listened to the one o'clock bulletin and the newsreader referee to manyoo as Manchester United and us as man city.

Maybe I need to chill

Agreed.the first time i ever heard a woman commentating on a City game was on radio 5..a cup game under sven(i think..) at upton park..it was a draw... 0-0? Charlotte Green i think it was,was doing her upmost to make what was obviously a boring game sound lively..
Her method was to shriek extremely loudly during every match update, whilst talking at 500 mph..it was unbearable and i still shudder now thinking back

Brazil bigged it up”we’ve got Stuart Pearce coming on to talk about City” Pearce comes on & within 20seconds dean Saunders pipes up “how do you think Man Utd are doing Stuart”.
Every day it’s laughable the different ways they get them into a conversation that has nothing to do with them . Jim white usually opens up with “let’s talk about Man Utd “ .

I have no problem with female pundits, Alex Scott is very good and I like listening to Francesca Cumani on ITV Horse Racing, it’s female commentators who just grate on me.
