I think this lot really are in a mess for years to come ......... I’d say errrrr an ex City manager would have been performing so badly at City then the media would have been going off there heads now ........None of his mates in the media Neville or Keane will call it for what it is ......... do folk really think that throwing £300 million will solve everything ???? Not a chance and let’s be right if you are Harry Kane would you really wanna go to that farce ?????? With City or PSG the one thing he is after medals he is more or less nailed on to get that ....... at United ????? Apart from possibly an FA Cup you have no chance

Moyes did well at Everton. You have to be a good manager to do that. Not world class, but good.
He did ok nothing more, a average manager to me, never going to set the world alight.

Pleased he's got the rags job out of his system, he looked a broken man for a long time, respect to him for that.

When we signed David Silva he wasn’t that well known outside of spain and with most if not all our signings in the last few years have been under the radar of most fans and other clubs. Robinho was really the only player that most knew about.
This is spot on. If any rival fan bangs on about City buying players just ask them if they'd ever heard of Ederson, Zinchenko, Dias, Rodri, Jesus or Torres before City signed them. Then while they're spluttering a reply ask them how much City paid for them and how much higher their transfer value is now after being coached by Pep.

Let's not forget either that the media, rags and dippers never stopped telling us that City got ripped off paying £55 million for "Chelsea flop" KDB and £20 million "injury prone crock" Gundogan.

Jose was a good manager. Van Gaal was a good manager. Moyes was a good manager. The swamp chewed them all up and spat them out again.
The same as Di Maria, Depay, Falcao, Lukaku and Sanchez were good players but the rags turned them into shit and got rid after which they managed, to a greater or lesser extent, to recover something like their previous form.

Also not forgetting that Silva was 'too light-weight' for the Premier League.

Fuck off you know nout fucker....

Zinchenko, Ederson, Torres and Rodri were all Academy graduates so obviously other fans wouldn't have known about them.

Keep up......

Remember that well

For all the talk of the millions we’ve spent, an awful lot of our signings were players that many clubs could have taken a punt on. Fernandinho being the prime example. I still maintain that we haven’t signed a world class galactico star since the Sheikh came in, apart from maybe David Silva
If I remember correctly the press laughed at us and said we bought the wrong David. They said it was David Villa we were after.

"Is Pep a failure of he fails to win the Champion league tomorrow?"

Talk about baiting.

Face it, we are never going to be liked by the sycophantic media in this country. We had the temerity to usurp the redshirts, we broke the cartel, we forced the two ‘Hollywood’ clubs into submission - and that is totally unacceptable. How dare these upstarts with their oil money come along and challenge the long-established status quo of English football?

If we are successful tomorrow in our quest for our first C.L. trophy, be sure to peruse the tabloids the following morning to read all about how Jurgen Klopp thinks he might have dandruff, or about how Ole RentBoy once tried to put his shoes on the wrong feet…in fact you’ll be able to read about ANYTHING other than our victory (If the tabloids do mention it it’ll probably be a small paragraph at the foot of page 4!).

However, should we lose…

Talksport just done an article on Fern - they were saying that he played in the Bundesliga before joining City - bizarre and shows the depth of their knowledge and quality of research
