Was listening to Cundy and O Hara this evening.
Absolute gold the phone ins......
Cockneys / Brummies / Tykes and the odd Manc accent.
One cockney called in......
Cundy: Were you there?
Cockney rag: Yes
Cundy: And you are home already?
Cockney rag: I watched it at home on BT.....
Another rag who was there blamed the ref! He was furious that apparently just before the goal, fans in one of the stands were trying to bring to the refs attention that there was a medical attention needed in that stand - and he ignored it......

Fair play to him, living the best life in his retirement with nothing to worry about.
What I can't stand though is Talk Sport's emphasis on Brazil and Cheltenham this week. Obviously spurred on my betting sponsors but no doubt Jim White will be giving lectures on the hazards of gambling and drinking after their daily Cheltenham piss up roadshow with Alan Brazil.
The hypocrisy.
I am amazed he is still here with us.

My mate was paying around £25 for 4 pints of lager in one of the Tattersalls bars so not too bad really. £14 for a Gin is a bit harsh though.
