Just heard the news headlines on talkshite. The last item on the main bulletin was scum reach quarter finals of FA Cup. This was immediately followed by the sports headlines, where the first story was, yep, scum reach quarter finals of FA Cup.

Just before that, rag wanker Goldstein reported that one newspaper's back page headline is: scum rediscover their swagger.

Cup fever grips the rag hordes as man united legend David beckham talks up their chances of winning the competition. Ffs the desperation and giddyness amongst them for a return to the glory days and trophies is laughable.

I remember when city were shit and we drew Spurs in the quarter final at Maine road, thought we'd breeze past them when Mike Sheron scored. It turned out to be a disappointment and a false dawn that hurt many of us as blues. Fingers cross the hurt of being dumped out of the fa cup will hit them next round.

Obviously short memories. I got told off a rag when they won it once that it's only a tinpot trophy and it's not as big as the league or champions league. All of a sudden it's the biggest cup out there. They do live up to their hypocrites tag do these giddy rags. Love how they change their mind in a heartbeat.

Wasn't a proper trophy when we won it in 2011 now it's the fucking jules rimet Ryder cup Olympic gold trophy
 
No doubt the likes of Payet will be injured for the 1/4 final and the rags will scrape through courtesy of another offside goal.
 
Excellent hour on Colin Murray talking to Sonny Pike who was the next big thing as a kid, signed by Ajax academy and royally ripped off by his own father doing deals on his behalf and keeping the money for himself. Astonishing story.
