First thing in the morning tea bag into cup, hot water over tea bag, two sugars, splash of milk and leave the bag in.
Before I go to bed same process but one sugar, a big splash of milk and remove tea bag.

You needed to add the fact that you have posh filtered milk as well, Earl Grey, filtered milk and probably some sort of ultra refined sugar and water boiled on the bbq as well... daywalking ways.

I only drink proper tea, no tea bags just loose leaf, Usually Russian Caravan or Lapsangsouschong (sp) no milk no sugar just tea.

We have been conned for years thanks to tea bags, they have the 'sweepings' that you could not sell in them. Whittards is the best supplier.

Strong as poss, with a splash of milk and two sugars or sweeteners if I have to. I spend a bit on good quality looseleaf and use a good heaped teaspoon to make a mug. I find this a better morning jump start or afternoon pick me up than any coffee/espresso.
