It's classed as two different crimes in the courts. Woman does it, it's sexual assault, male does it, it's rape. A woman cannot by law rape a man. Hence the different takes on reporting. Not saying it's right as it's the same thing in my view but that's how it is

Matter of phrasing, when it comes to sex with a minor there isn't any differentiation made for gender and the judge should be handing out the same sentence to either sex.
