A manager should be able to deal with the ego's of his players. Hughes cant. It is starting to get very frustrating watching this team when I know there is so much more potential in them.

I know, I wrote a blog about the players not playing for Hughes and just for themselves.

Tevez has ruined this team. We were good until he came in. Only won one league game since his debut.
Crap, spends all game running around then when he does get in a good position he's useless.
