I don't want to recruit anybody from a warm country as I don't trust them to deliver in shitty January weather, all the above either play in Germany, Holland or Italy. 3 German internationals all know each other already, 2 dutch internationals, 2 slovakians, 4 potential england internationals. Johnson as cover on either wing, Weiss to be used in cup games to gain a bit more experience. Hamsik given free reign to roam forwards, Barry/ NDJ to holdback. Hart to start the season and Given to provide competition based on form afterwards. Lahm and Van De Wiel to get forwards and provide crosses and link up play whenever possible.

Everybody else sold, barring a few youngsters out on loan, Ibrahim, Cunnigham etc.
