Why would you pay twice as much for Boateng and 5 millions more than Dzeko's buy out clause?

I think Javi Martinez would cost a similar price to Milner aswell and he's better.

Cant comment on javi martinez I havent seen enough of him, i beleive hes a good player though...I dont know if hes the same type of player as milner...I wouldnt mind arteta either....but i prefer milner becuase of his strenght and his work rate...and i think its important to have some british players in the team
