Ireland, Petrov and SWP on the bench. Well as Ireland and Petrov both came of due to injuries and SWP finished the game with a knock that makes sence. No point pushing players giving the month ahead.

Barry, De Jong, Viera. Not ideal but in a 433 it gives Barry more freedom, and in fairness to Viera he created the Ade goal v Bolton and put RSC in on Saturday only his finish was lacking.

If you dont want to play three holding mids, and given that the three mentioned at the top are on the bench, can all the geniuses who are complaining please let me know of the other fit attacking players that could play becuase i appear to be missing them.

Cant help thinking this will be identical line up as v Bolton. Barry favouring the left and Johnson the Right to get more balance.

I just hope with two big men up front we dont start lumping the ball up every time we have it, if we can get Johnson on the ball in wide areas it could prove decisive, City to win 2-0.

I like the look of Adebayor and Santa up front. Adebayor can drop deep as usual while Santa hold up ball at the top to receive the cross from Johnson and Garrido.

I think Garrido's free kick would be our main weapon tonight.

Why does he have to play Vieira?! Why can't we just play a flat 4-4-2 with wingers. Can't be doing with all this "Johnson in a free role from wing to wing" crap.

He's dropped SWP who was probably our best player on Sunday and once again it's 3 defensive midfielders, it's just silly.
