Probably the best bit of advice on here.........well, the 'arbeit macht frei' bit wasn't bad either!
 
Listen to the question and don't waffle.
Come across as enthusiatic and passionate. Show them you want the job.
Know what you are good at and the areas that you want to improve on.
Have examples to back up your claims.
Do some research on the company.
Be yourself.
