If they ask for your favourite saying, "arbeit macht frei" always goes down well - it shows you are a dedicated worker and will put your all in to office/camp life.

This made me LOL and quite loud at that.

Which is shameful seeing as my mothers uncle died at Dachau.

Stand up while you're doing it. Seriously. You sound more alert that way. And take a couple of seconds to think about the question before giving your answer.

Probably the best bit of advice on here.........well, the 'arbeit macht frei' bit wasn't bad either!

Come across as enthusiatic and passionate. Show them you want the job.
Know what you are good at and the areas that you want to improve on.
Have examples to back up your claims.
Do some research on the company.
Be yourself.
