Makes me chuckle every time they concede and the camera pans to Shhteve McClaren with his ipad pretending he knows how to work it.
I don't know the full ins and outs of the system, but could this shitshow be short circuited by a judicious failing of FFP for one year?If they lose at home on boxing day, I suspect he will be sacked. As for Ratcliffe, not exactly sure what he can do money wise. I thought they were close to exceeding FFP as it is. So he can sack ETH but I just can't see a big spending splurge with out some big sales. But who wants Hoiland or Anthony or Sancho, they are all shite. It's all very funny. Long may it continue.
But then they would get at least 10 pts deduction.I don't know the full ins and outs of the system, but could this shitshow be short circuited by a judicious failing of FFP for one year?
Getting top 4 now is crucial, to then using a chunk of Jim's cash to pay off all of tje dross (meaning probably at least 4 of the worst attitudes - Slabhead, Sancho, Anthony and Martial, Fernandez. ).
Then splurge on 5 top replacements for a rebuild.
FFP screwed for that year only? (Which their sponsors vould take?)
Bit maybe giving them a much better chance ce of having a harmonious dressing room.and team going fwds?
A bit like the NFL 'tanking' strategy.
Nah. There would be another change to the rules. But then they would get at least 10 pts deduction.
The rags have been 'tanking' for the last ten years.I don't know the full ins and outs of the system, but could this shitshow be short circuited by a judicious failing of FFP for one year?

He’s translating from Dutch to English all the non tactics of HooffenballenMakes me chuckle every time they concede and the camera pans to Shhteve McClaren with his ipad pretending he knows how to work it.
Surely he can work it by now - he's had loads of practice!Makes me chuckle every time they concede and the camera pans to Shhteve McClaren with his ipad pretending he knows how to work it.
If this Cockney Jim fella has any balls about him the first boardroom casualty should be to show Taggart the door followed by a clear out of any one associated with the 'class of 92' .Obviously none of us can know this for sure, but if the Pisscan is still pulling some of the strings there surely it's time to show the senile old sot the door? And if that is the case it shows what sort of spineless fuckers they are in the boardroom. I don't think City would like Bobby Manc turning up at training and advising Pep on what he should be doing and what he should not be doing.
As I say it is only speculation on my part, but it would help explain why the club are in such a horrendous mess - a too- many-chiefs-and-not-enough-indians scenario: Glazers, Ten-Bob, Ratty 25% and probably the Govan despot as well.
Remember when 'ickle Ollie couldn't bring himself to park in the managers' parking space for fear of upsetting the pisscan?
