Terminator

Whenever anybody says that they prefer Terminator 2 to The Terminator, I lose all respect for them. Dickheads.
Correct. The original has a grittiness that hasn't been replicated since. Plus, T2 seemed to be disappear up it's own backside with special effects. Sometimes, less is more. As for the later films in the franchise; well, let's not go there.

Terminator and the sequel were brilliant the rest were just milking the cow.

As fuck all is on I have stuck on the original, deffinately the best one, darker and more cool, the low budget makes it a better movie.

poor ginger though

I think my eldest daughter was around 12 when she first watched it with me
When the terminator gets hit by the fuel truck and it explodes, she said "is that it now, is he dead "
I replied "yes"
And then he came crawling back out
"You said he was dead!"

To nick a line from Interstellar: "she must have a very smart mother"

;-)

there used to be a Terminator 3D attraction at the Universal Studios parks in the late 90's which was set following T2 and was absolutely incredible but the T1000 from T2 always reminded me of former City striker Mike Sheron
