I don't mind dissent as much as some of the other ones. I can let it go if it's a player being passionate about the game and sometimes the officials need to be reminded that nobody has paid to watch them.

For me it's simple:

1. Don't take your clothes off
2. Don't incite a riot
3. Don't punt the ball the length of the pitch because you're mad about a foul
4. If you haven't been touched, don't fall down in agony like a crying woman
