I know this will probably be an unpopular opinion, but I believe that he actually is depressed and I’ve held that view for a long time now. Dating back over a year, his demeanour and responses in interviews have been those of an emotionally troubled, deeply unhappy man. I genuinely believe his relationship problems and the isolation from his kids hit him hard and that’s manifested itself in his erratic behaviour, weight gain and ambivalent reaction to events that others would draw pleasure from (cup final celebrations being an example.) I don’t in anyway condone how he has conducted himself and I’ll be relieved once he leaves the club, but I do think he is mentally fragile at the moment and needs medical guidance.

unfortunately, nobody cares if he is depressed. we just want him to go away without screwing the club and football in general

On this occasion I don't think Joorabchian is behind this latest move. It's Tevez who has chosen to bugger off to Argentina & it's more of a nightmare for Joorabchian than it is for City. He has totally cocked up his handler's plan.

Yep, you won’t get any quibble from me in that regard, I would have been quite happy to see him leave in the summer. All I'm saying is that, putting all the antics and potential politics to one side for a moment, I do think that he is a man who's depressed and that, in this instance at least, it's not necessarily another ruse or poker tactic.

...apparently the poor little soul is feeling a little down....

We all need to hold hands in a candle-lit room and pray for him so he can feel the love. Then and only then will he be able to open his mind from the demons of depression and free his mind so he can fly, fly free as a bird in the springtime, flapping his little wings and soaring high, high all the way to the clouds and corinthians.

either that or he needs a slap and be told to man the fuck up.
