Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina

Unlike Talksport I had heard about this but how can this be possible in this situation. We can't play him even if we wanted to because he's fucked off to South America.
Assuming he is still in Argentina, Bob should name his squad for Saturday at about 8pm on Friday night, and should purposely name tevez in the squad. Come Saturday midday when he hasn't turned up for the pre-match meeting (as he surely couldn't by then), we will have another reason to have him for misconduct, whilst also being able to say to the lawyers that he was named in the squad, and its not the clubs fault if he can't get here in time because of transport difficulties. In the unlikely event he has found teleportation or time travel, he still wouldn't be fit enough to play, so he could be done for that.

Yeah but City could patent it and never worry about FFP again. So,s till a huge bonus.

We wouldn't have to go to those lengths I wouldn't have thought. It seems a bit daft to act it all out like a pantomine for the benefit of lawyers not to mention the fact that Mancini shouldn't have to be worrying about that bellend.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Does anyone know if we name him in the starting 11 but he doesnt show does that count as a game played? Doesnt he have to play atleast 2 more games to ensure he cant leave for free at the end of the year.

Counselling and disability

If you are suffering from depression or anxiety,it may be classed as a disability.Under disability dicrimination law, employers are expected to treat employees with disabilities sympathectically when it comes to time off for medical treatment, including counselling.

You're right but you may be wrong because you're quoting a situation between an Employer and an Employee in the traditional sense. From what I understand of the situation, tevez (like many other footie pro's) is in fact a limited company contracted to provide a service. If that's right then your view doesn't apply.
I'm a limited company myself and even though I'm contracted to a local authority it's my loss if I'm not fit to work for any reason. If I go barking mad then they'll just replace me simple as.
If they suffer a loss because I can't provide a service for any reason then they can force me to reimburse that loss . . for that reason I have insurance to cover that eventuality.

Oh I agree with you fully, we shouldn't, but I'm all for a bit of amusement, and seeing him desperately trying to either get here, or trying to find an excuse for not being available (again), would be quite amusing, and at the end of the day, we'd just be playing the same game he is, but with yet another reason to fine him 2 weeks wages.

I'm guessing that he hasn't been paid at all since Munich, and the longer that carries on the better, I don't imagine its hurting him much, but its saving the club plenty, and by January it could be the transfer fee of a new player.

While Carlos has gone awol in Argentina. The 1 thing I want to know is, are the club still paying his wages to him, and if so why. He went to the Argentina without the clubs permission, therefore the club should be withholding his wages until he returns to the club, and when he finally comes back they should also fine him another 2 weeks on top of that as well.

The sooner we can get rid of this spoilt brat the better

I very much doubt it as from this week.
