''The reserves is now the EDS & is a place for the best young players to learn to improve & try to make a step up to the 1st team, not a place for shithouses like Tevez to go for punishment. He has no place in our EDS team.''

Ok so the lowest team we are allowed to play him in.
Do we have an under 12s team, or an ugly bastards eleven?

Tevez scored 24 goals for Manchester City last season Professional Footballers' Association chief executive Gordon Taylor has spoken of his "disappointment" at Manchester City's Carlos Tevez missing training and returning to Argentina.

Tevez, 27, was due in on Wednesday but returned to his homeland on Tuesday.

Taylor, who personally represented Tevez when his initial fine over the incident was halved, told BBC Sport: "I'm very disappointed.

"The ugly fucking gremlin has burned his bridges rather than attempted to reconcile his differences with the club."
The PFA's actions infuriated City, who accused the body of a "conflict of interest" and Taylor also admitted that the players' union feel let down by Tevez's subsequent actions.

Tevez flew to South America on the day it was reported he would not contest a misconduct charge relating to an incident in a match at Bayern Munich.

Most of City's players are away on international duty but Tevez, who has not played since the 2-0 Carling Cup win over Birmingham in September, was due to remain in Manchester to continue his personal training programme.

The forward was not selected for the Argentina squad for the fixtures against Bolivia and Colombia, to be played in the next week.

TEVEZ SAGA TIMELINE Continue reading the main story 27 September 2011 - City boss Roberto Mancini says that he wants Tevez "out of the club" after the striker allegedly refuses to play against Bayern Munich
28 September 2011 - City suspend Tevez for two weeks
12 October 2011 - City announce that Tevez will face disciplinary proceedings
25 October 2011 - Tevez found guilty of five breaches of contract and fined four weeks' wages - later reduced to two weeks' following intervention by the Professional Footballers' Association
9 November 2011 - Tevez fails to arrive at training the day after deciding not to contest the charges
Tuesday was a scheduled day off, but Tevez was expected back at the training ground on Wednesday morning.

And, after his client was pictured in Argentina, the player's spokesman Paul McCarthy told Sky Sports News: "He's gone to see his family.

"We've said all along that Carlos is aware of the situation in terms of getting back to his fitness. I can't really say much more until he's back in the country."

City had found the former Manchester United striker guilty of committing five breaches of contract in a Champions League game against Bayern in September.

Manager Roberto Mancini wanted to bring Tevez on as a substitute with 35 minutes left but he refused to warm up.

He was immediately suspended for two weeks and had a four-week fine halved after the intervention of the Professional Footballers' Association.

After allowing Tuesday's deadline for an appeal to pass, it had been anticipated that Tevez's improved relations with the club would allow a smooth departure, either on loan or on a permanent basis, in January.

It is understood that Tevez believes a move away from Etihad Stadium in the next transfer window is his best option.

Thanks you Mr twatty Taylor, but ever heard of the expression "bolting the stable doors ....."

There. Fixed it for you.

Re: Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina!!

I just read the interview with Taylor on SNN. It looks very much like his 'backing' of Tevez was clearly a case of supporting his union member becase he has to at the begining. Now he has a clear chance to get away from the idiot.

I have seen this with union reps before, if the company has played straight then they will not back an idiot member.

Another point to show how well the club have managed this situation.

Well done City!

Rare to think 'Thank you' Herman but he's managed to made Taylor look a right knob.

Taylor:

"It's a worry to me how we can get out of this, bearing in mind that he is a human being and a top quality footballer. His actions aren't what we could possibly recommend to any other player in the game."

Well Gordon, let me see ...

Possibly if you hadn't sided with an unlicensed 'agent' who has single-handedly tried to blackmail three Premiership clubs, has previously hidden the illegal 3rd party ownership of the same player in offshore companies as a front for Russian oligarchs, and been responsible for more suspect and murky financial dealings in football than any agent in history ... Maybe if you hadn't taken his word over one of the oldest clubs in English football, then maybe 'we' wouldn't have got into this in the first place.

Pathetic man.

Re: Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina!!

IMO the club have done everything right.....when getting rid of an employee a employer needs to demonstrate due process and that there has been some attempt to reconcile differences.....city tick both boxes.

Watch this space, the ugly little gremlin will be gone in Jan.

He has the brains of a rocking horse.

Nope, a rocking horse knows to rock backwards after forwards and not to shit on the carpet. Not sure Tevez could figure out either of those !

Re: Tevez defies City and flies out to Argentina!!

Our fining of Kolo may strengthen our position in this one, as we'll be viewed as handing out just punishments and Taylor knows this.
There's nowt worse than fighting someones corner (especially when you know you've been sucked in by him and his advisors), only to find they've made you look a prick too!!!
Got a feeling that we'll lose money on a transfer, but we'll sue for loss of fee.
Now Kia aint gonna like that!
