Tevez finally apologises

Every player welcomed Tevez back today and shook his hand, as did the manager.

A few bits of banter and Mancini a real class act. Made sure no awkwardness.

There was a real sense of having their mate back.

Surprising, but really swayed me, the belief is it will push us to title.

If nothing else, given the lads a big lift and now convinced Tevez will play his part.

I think a decent rule of thumb is to consider how United fans would like us to behave and then do the opposite. Booing and dissension plays right into the hands of our rivals. You don't have to love him or approve of what he's done, just regard him as one of the team and support him. Nothing fickle about that, simply pragmatism and a desire to do what's best for the club.

I get the feeling it'll be a cold day in hell before Mancini chooses to put Tevez on the playing field over one of his other forwards. If he ever does make it onto the pitch you can bet your bottom dollar it'll be in a game long won rather than one which needs to be changed...

Fuck it, not even arsed now. End of the day I won't applaud him however in ten years time it will read along the lines of 'Manchester City Premiership Champions', not 'Carlos Tevez Premiership Champion'.
