That's not true is it Tevez can be clearly seen in the mancini last 5mins video on the OS and is seen leaving the Pitch on Tunnel Cam with the rest of the players. Why don't you take a look at some of the videos, if you can prove me wrong I'll eat my words, but if all you going off is something you've read I'm not surprised that other posters don't believe what you're saying is true.
