Tevez [Merged]

I'm starting to think Chelsea are getting him, on http://www.chelseafc.com Bruce Buck said that fans can expect "exceptional signing". They've been mainly linked with Pato, Aguero, Ribery and Tevez. Milan have confirmed Pato won't be leaving, haven't heard much about Aguero, if Madrid can't afford Ribery no one can and so that leaves Tevez.

Also, Ancelotti said a "creative" player is high on his wanted list, Tevez fits the bill. I think if City were the only club he was interested in going to then he'd have signed by now so it seems pretty evident that he's still deciding between City and Chelsea.

Calm down everyone...............El Apache is ours

Sorry Tevez is not really an exceptional signing imho, at least not for Chelsea. I also wouldn't call him a creative player.

What do you class him as then mate? I understand what you're saying regards to the creativity, Tevez is a world class player do you not think, wouldn't he get into Chelsea's team?

Yes he would be a good signing but he isnt a world superstar. Also that quote says we are optimistic of signing a marquee name IF they are good value and fit into our team plans. IF being the operative word, with all the furore going on surrounding terry he is hardly going to say we have done all our business for the summer now with the signings of ross turnbull and daniel sturridge and we fully expect to improve our 3rd place finish.

CT is a good player not world class, certainly wouldn't call him creative more about energy and effort not a great first touch and I firmly believe fergiscum didn't want to keep him and only made the offer to keep the FA happy as the terms of the loan deal were that it was pending buying him I think everyone is over hyping him because we are " stealing" of the rags, but he would be a good signing for us and he should realise we are right for him at the moment

Ribery is their number one target

I'm just fed up with the whole Tevez saga now. It needs deciding one way or another and soon.

Who is it benefitting KJ or CT dragging it on?

If he goes to Chelsea then he goes to Chelsea, if he comes here then he comes here. After it feeling like so long after all this started I'm beginning not to care about the outcome one way or another!!
