Well he is a Center Forward really. They have Drogba and Anelka, no way Tevez would start ahead of them, and don't forget they got Sturridge now as well and they also still have Kalou.
Malouda was playing exceptionally well towards the end of the season so I don't think Tevez will replace him either. Neither will he get a place in the attacking midfield I think.
Don't get me wrong I think Tevez is a very very good player, but I just can't see him fit into Chelsea's idea of a "marquee" signing.

Not really, ideally any deals will be done as soon as possible but it's not really doing us any damage one way or the other.
