It's only an addiction or problem if you admit to it... Therefore by keeping quiet you dont have any issues! Simple really, thats how I justify it to my self and family anyway.

Its been weighing me down for a while. I just cant seem to shift it. I thought admitting it would help but its only made it worse lol.
