I think Tevez is close to a done deal. We have to remember until 1 July, he is still a rag player. So unless his agent or he announce something, I don't think the club can officially announce him as a City player. I do believe though that Carlos Tevez will be in a blue shirt next season.

You need to go into settings and change your clock to + 1 Hour to British summertime
