Geniune, good and reliable info which I posted last week. As mentioned a little further up...there is an agreement between City and Joorabchian. I have not heard if there is an agreement with Tevez.

Joorabchian's group own his playing registration. In short, City have agreed a price to purchase his rights. They may well have agreed wages with Tevez (I don't know) but as I understand it there is no formal agreement with Tevez.

No, MSI own Tevez' economic rights, so for example they may have an agreement to sell them to city, IF the player finds it acceptable, IF Utd cannot take up their option, IF no better offers are made, yadayada.
The agreement appears to put us in first place but there are still a lot of IF's to get through.
