Tevez [Merged]

well if we are doing conspiracies (my personal favourite) then maybe Joorabchian is on board with City, Tevez does as his agent wishes and Kia just spins this out, knowing the deal is done with us, and at City's request to delay the rags dealings in the transfer market and leave our options to go shopping in the meantime.

Give me a while I'll come up with a better one ;o)

What i cant understand is..? if doesnt want to stay with the rags (his own words) why is he talking to them ?
Either he wants to play for them or his doesnt ffs it cant be that hard to make your mind up .
Its getting really boring either buy him or walk away .

Maybe...the rags are having one more last attempt? Maybe there are other clubs who are now interested and he wants Joorabchian (who is also his agent) to see what they have to say?

Yeah i can see that but since he said he wasnt happy at the way he had been treated etc etc.. why would he still be interested staying there?. seems to me he wants to stay there and i for one am well and truly pissed of with it.
give him a deadline then walkaway before we look stupid

THIS
How long can it take to say yes or no give him a week before we look like tw@ts [again]
then tell him to hop it

lol that would be nice

I want Tevez as much as anyone on here but what strikes me is that his agaent , Kia , is in talks with a few clubs , first of all Utd - Im not sure why but my take on it is Tevez would prefer to stay otherwise Kia wouldnt even entertain entering more talks with them , so i conclude this is Tevez' preffered choice using that logic , and yes I know he has said it would be hard to stay there but its just a theory of mine . . .
Liverpool are also said to be interested - Kia has spoken to Rafa regarding Tevez - I know this for a fact - SSN may spin everyone a yarn about his least favoured preference but If Tevez was that against it Kia wouldnt be in talks on his behalf at all . . .
Man City - An intersting project no doubt , regular starts more than likely and huge wages could sway him
Chelsea - Huge wages , CL Football and fighting for honours under Ancelotti - Very appealing . . .

And of course there are two other clubs , one in Spain and one in Italy - If Tevez was that adamant he didnt want to move out of England or Manchester then why would Kia waste his and their time by speaking to the clubs in the 1st place ? ?

I personally wouldnt rule out Tevez moving away from the North West just yet . . . .

It is getting a bit fucking boring now tho isnt it ..................

Does anyone know for sure that Tevez is actually talking to the rags etc or are we just going off what the media are putting out?

Just wondering because if, as I've no reason to doubt what URG says, City have an agreement with Jorabchian, what if Tevez HAS also agreed but only a few people know. Why should City let anyone else know now, whilst Utd still have to pay his wages?

Put yourselves in that position. You'd wait until his contract was finished THEN start paying him, rather than try to sign him earlier & save them money. They don't care about a load of people panicking on here if they know they've got him! They can announce it when it suits them.

Forgive me, but surely any agreement would be with Joorabchian acting as an agent for Tevez, which amounts to the same thing.

No, MSI own Tevez' economic rights, so for example they may have an agreement to sell them to city, IF the player finds it acceptable, IF Utd cannot take up their option, IF no better offers are made, yadayada.

The agreement appears to put us in first place but there are still a lot of IF's to get through.

**edit** oops, sorry, thought I was URG for a minute. ***edit***

Don't worry...I'm pleased someone else understands.

Yes I get the whole if thing! I just have trouble with the bit that MSI could be acting without Tevez, while agreeing that terms with the player may well not have been settled.

If that was the case re the wages , we could announce he was signing at the end of his rag contract and it wouldnt cost anymore also other players who maybe need swaying to us may take the plunge
