well he was due to have talks with 3 clubs this week do you think there maybe info leaked from chelsea about him turning them down?

maybe so, what he wants is regular first team footbal and the rags wont garrentee that and no will chelsea because of squad rotation, and in a world cup year he wants to play every week. so maybe he has said i am settled in the north west, dont want to uproot my familly and i want to be first choice on the team sheet who knows !
