Also why all this stress on Eto'o not being able to leave unless a replacement is brought in beforehand? We're early in the window and the guy has 1 year left on his contract... either they do this now or they miss out on £25m+ when he leaves on a free next season. They have plenty of time to sign a top replacement. Failing that we can always loan them Jo!

imo Tevez is in the bag, personally i think the reason we can't announce it is something to do with the rags contractual rights.

having lost ladyboy they don't want to admit to having lost Tevez until they have got a player signed up, someone like Benzema.

as such the rags now start pedalling out the "greedy tevez" stories whilst lining up a signing of their own, quite possible that their loan ageement procludes any other club from announcing the signing until the agreement runs out.

hence July 1st as said by spursmad.
 
Having browsed this forum 4 ages and seen this tevez thread i thought why not join in?? i've bin a city fan all my life and live in somerset (miles away) so dont get to hardly any games. . . having 2 young kids etc. any way im not ITK Or not a WUM!!! In fact you guys and gals are my ITKs, just wanna say love it if we got tev and eto'o, we've come so far. by the way anyone who has contributed to this thread IMO deserves an award this has been hiarious, hardwork, frustrating and exciting all rolled into 1. cheers 2 you all.
